Terms of Service

Marketives provides tools to build and publish marketing content — a business profile, AI content generation, a website builder, social publishing, customer CRM, reviews, SEO and reporting. Which of these you can use depends on your plan.

Where your account is managed by our team, we also perform marketing work for you to the scope and cadence agreed separately.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You must be authorised to act for the business you register, and to connect the social accounts you connect.

You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the content produced for your business. You grant us the permission needed to host it, process it, and publish it to the channels you connect.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish, including claims about your products, prices and offers.

Generated images, video and copy are drafts. They can be wrong, and they can resemble other output. Review before publishing. You are responsible for what goes out under your brand.

Publishing through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or Google Business Profile is also governed by those platforms' own terms. We act only within the permissions you grant, and you can revoke them at any time. We are not responsible for a platform changing its rules, rate limits or availability.

You may not use the service to:

• publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content
• send messages to people who have not consented to receive them
• impersonate another business or person
• attempt to breach the security of the platform or other tenants' data
• resell the platform without a written agreement

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Paid plans include an allowance of AI credits. Credits are consumed on generation, including where the result is not used. Unused credits do not carry over unless your plan says so. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Features that depend on third parties — social platforms, AI providers, payment processors — can be interrupted by those providers.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We may terminate for material breach, or for non-payment. On closure we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.
